Online Document Management System

The Online Document Management System (sometimes called a Resource Center or an Asset Management System) is an Enterprise 2.0 Solution that allows employees to securely share resources (documentation, files, images, etc) as well as collaborate and optimize workflow through a secure centralized location.

Our online Document Management Systems allow for secure and efficient document distribution and sharing between employees, agents, distributors, departments, or any other business units.

The document repository can be structured via multi-level categories resembling a directory structure and will be configurable by the designated personnel. This approach will allow the system administrators to organize the uploaded files into categories and restrict access and upload permissions to designated users and for designated directories.

Intechnic’s Online Document Management Systems provide storage, sharing, versioning, security, as well as searching, archiving and back-up capabilities. We offer structured solutions to automate your business’ workflow and internal processes through implementing systems of any scale or purpose (from internal document repositories, to systems used by many people across multiple offices)

The Document Management System allows users to upload and share document files through a centralized document repository. The system works with any file types but can be further configured to accept files only of certain types or size.

Each system would be tailored specifically for the needs of your business. We will work with your company to assess your needs and automate various processes, from notifying participants when new resources are available and scheduling reminders when they are not, to tracking and logging downloads and other activity for statistical and security purposes.
