As part of the service your server will be monitored by our network specialists and system administrators around the clock. Intechnic Corporation performs ongoing hardware monitoring of all of the servers that we manage. The specific devices monitored will depend on the hardware configuration and the Operating System but the monitoring usually includes Server Uptime, Cooling Fan Speed, Temperature of the Motherboard and of the CPU, Hard, Drive availability and space usage, RAM usage, and other crucial Hardware components. We also monitor various services (like HTTP, FTP, databases, mail, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted experience. Overall, over 20 critical components and services are monitored around the clock and solutions promptly and preventatively implemented at a first sight of any problems.

Intechnic also routinely performs recommended updates of software comprised of patches, installations of new versions and other configuration changes prescribed by the Operating System or Supported Software vendors. Depending on the load of your server we will proactively issue recommendations on the hardware upgrades and/or implement necessary configuration changes to optimize the performance of your server.
