Victoria Online

Victoria Online is the central online Portal for the State Government of Victoria that plays one of the key roles in the eGovernment infrastructure of Southern Australia.

Intechnic has been working with the government of the state of Victoria, Australia for many years.  Intechnic was hired for this project because of our extensive expertise in development, management, and support of leading online portals worldwide.

Victoria Online Portal provides a wide range of services such as:

  2. Online Database of Government Contacts with readily available contact information for all agencies and government offices in the State of Victoria: http://www.vic.gov.au/government-contacts.html

Victoria Online is a centralized website of critical importance with high levels of traffic and requirements for uninterrupted service.   The website runs on cluster of servers utilizing Load Balancing technology setup and managed by Intechnic in order to guarantee optimal performance, increased reliability and uninterrupted delivery of content and services to residents and visitors of the State of Victoria.

As a part of this project our Project Manager traveled to Melbourne, Australia where he stayed and worked with the eServices team and the Department of Innovation, Industry, and Regional Development for two full weeks on project planning, development and hands-on training.

It's been a remarkable experience for both Intechnic and Victoria employees followed by a successful launch of the Victoria Online website in September of 2008.

Intechnic is proud to be servicing the government and the people of the beautiful State of Victoria, Australia and is looking forward to future work in this sunny and scenic country and with its friendly people!
