Rapsessions Online Survey & Study Management Portal

For over 20 years RapSessions, Inc. has been providing marketing research services and strategic insights to a variety of clients from Kraft Foods and United Airlines to McDonalds and Kellog. RapSessions conducts a significant portion of their research by organizing product trial studies; throughout the trial period, study participants are asked to provide feedback in the form of responses to paper questionnaires. At the conclusion of the trial period, study moderators discuss the products and the feedback with the participants.

RapSessions, Inc. approached Intechnic to develop a web based system that will replace the traditional paper questionnaires, help keep participants on track and inform about their responsibilities, and automate the administration of the market studies. This system would have to be robust and intuitive and enable study moderators to generate new online survey forms quickly without sacrificing the flexibility of question structure and format.

Intechnic Corporation has developed a survey management system in order for administrators easily create and manage surveys, while making it more accessible and user friendly to participants. Surveys became dynamic as opposed to paper format and users can participate from remote locations. 
 

 
 
Survey management made changing and editing questions a breeze. Administrators now can create, modify and send survey invitations from one single location without leaving their office.
 
 
 


 
 
Users are able to login into a website and take a survey in a user friendly format. They can finish the whole survey at once or complete it in parts, without having to redo it over as the system automatically remembers where you left off.
 
 
 

 
 
All participants in the survey are stored in the administrative console as users, where administrators can modify their profile or delete them from the list. User management allows administrators to view all users in one place and modify information as needed.
 
 
 


 
 
Email management allows administrators to select which emails the user receives, for a particular action and format email templates in the proffered format. This feature allows to modify emails specific to the participant and automate the process.
