Mortenson Construction
Intechnic started out helping Mortenson Construction with minor changes to their old website and eventually moved to redesigning the entire website, incorporating a content and structure management system with version control and permissions system. In the third phase of development, Intechnic also added a Applicant Tracking System.
One of the primary goals of development was an extensive permissions system for the entire administrative back end of the website. The permissions system needed to allow specific access to various users to various sections of the website, without allowing them access to others. The system was also designed to make a distinction between users who are able to suggest changes to the website and those who are able to approve them and publish them live.
The Applicant Tracking System allows designated Mortenson personnel to create new available positions and publish them on the website. Potential applicants can then go and apply for any of the available positions.
