WANTED: Experienced Web Development Project Manager

Intechnic is a Chicago-based Web Development Firm. We are seeking an Experienced Project Manager for Web Development Projects. 

DUTIES:  Candidate will be expected to do the following:

• Coordinate and manage a team of PHP developers/designers/coders (5-6 team members) working on various web development projects.
• Manage status reports, project budgets, scope of work, timetables, risk, change control, allocated resources, etc.
• Handle customer communications and work as the single point of contact with the assigned customers throughout projects. 
• Responsible for completing projects within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with client requirements and company’s standards.
• Responsible for developing conceptual system requirements and making the final determination on decisions throughout each project.
• Be able to identify sales opportunities, offer solutions, process leads and present proposals for potential projects.
• Create standards; implement processes and new technologies to continuously improve the operational standards of excellence. 
   

REQUIREMENTS: Please apply ONLY if you meet ALL of the following requirements:

• At least 3+ years of working as Project Manager in a Web Development Firm.
• Have a proven track record as a Project Manager on medium to large Web Projects. 
• Ability to demonstrate completed Web Projects and explain the role played in these projects.
• Have solid technical understanding of the web technologies and solutions behind these projects and strong computer skills.
• Have excellent team management, communications, people and written skills.
• Have excellent problem solving, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to research and learn new technologies quickly and on your own.

COMPENSATION: Compensation depends on the past experience & performance: base & comission. Full benefits.
